Instructions

1. Combine beef, 1 tsp garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl. Shape into 6 patties.
2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; cook burgers 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
3. Meanwhile, grate zest from lemon to equal 1 tsp; squeeze juice to equal 1 Tbsp.
4. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon zest, juice, cheese, and ½ tsp garlic salt.
5. Top burgers with sliced tomato and yogurt sauce.
6. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
7. Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Drizzle over salad, and toss.
