  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk (NO 2%. That's an interest rate.)

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 cup Grated Locatelli Pecorino Romano

  • 2 pinches Oregano

  • A hint of Red Wine (It's already in your hand.)

  • Mozzarella cheese

  • Red onion

  • A couple of cloves of garlic (the "Badda")

  • Hot cherry peppers (the "Bing")
