Bacon Cheddar Burger

  • 1 Each Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Burger

  • 2 Strips Applewood Smoked Bacon

  • 2 Slices cheddar cheese

  • 1 Piece Lettuce

  • 1 Slice Tomato

  • 1 Garlic Pickle (sliced into medallions)

  • 1 Brioche Bun

  • 1. Cook bacon until crispy. Tear lettuce into leaf and slice tomato.

  • 2. Cook Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side for medium rare, on high heat).

  • 3. Place slices of cheese on Burger and steam to melt.

  • 4. Assemble Burger: Bottom Bun, Burger with Cheese, Bacon, Pickles, Tomato, Lettuce, Top Bun.

  • 5. Enjoy!

Notes

To steam melt cheese while it’s on the Burger, add a few splashes of water to grill around Burger and quickly cover with pot lid for about 30 seconds.
