  • Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Burger

  • American Cheese

  • Bacon Onion Jam

  • Pickled Sunchoke Relish

  • Sliced Pickles

  • Martin's Potato Roll

  • 1. Cook your Burgers to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat for medium rare).

  • 2. Steam melt American Cheese on top of Burger.

  • 3. Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Cheeseburger, Bacon Jam, Pickled Sunchoke Relish, Sliced Pickles, Top Bun

  • 4. Enjoy an award-winning Burger!

Notes

To steam melt the cheese, splash water onto the pan and then place a pot lid over the Burger for about 30 seconds.
