4-6 Each Mozzarella Sticks

1/4 Cup marinara sauce (Warmed)

2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing

2 Each Classic Burger Buns (Toasted)

Kosher Salt (To taste)

1. Cook the mozzarella sticks: Prepare the mozzarella sticks according to package directions until crispy and golden. Or… exercise your free will and let Chili’s To Go handle the mozzarella stick portion of this recipe. No judgment here.

2. Cook the Burgers: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the burger patties with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness.

3. Toast the buns: Lightly toast the Burger buns until warm and golden.

4. Assemble the Burgers: Spread ranch dressing onto the bottom buns. Add the Burger patties, then top each with mozzarella sticks and a spoonful of warm marinara sauce.
