  • 1 Each Schweid & Sons C.A.B. Butcher's Blend

  • Feta Cheese

  • Lettuce

  • 1. Season the Hamburger meat with season salt and form balls with the hamburger!

  • 2. Dig a hole in them, fill with Feta cheese, cover the hole, flatten out into patties

  • 3. Then grill them on the barbecue

  • 4. Finish by wrapping them in lettuce and add condiments
