Caribbean Jerk Burgers with Mango Slaw

2 Packs Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Ground Beef Brick

1 1/2 Tbsp Jerk seasoning

1 16-oz pkg Tricolor coleslaw mix

1/3 Cup Mango chutney
-
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise (divided)

6 Hamburger Buns (split and toasted)

1 8-oz bag Potato chips

1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together beef and Jerk seasoning; shape mixture into 6 patties.

2. Stir together coleslaw mix, mango chutney, and ¼ cup mayonnaise in a large bowl.

3. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.

4. Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of buns. Top bottom halves with patties and desired amount of mango slaw. Cover with bun tops.

1. Serve chips with burgers.
