  • 2 Packs Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Ground Beef Brick

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Jerk seasoning

  • 1 16-oz pkg Tricolor coleslaw mix

  • 1/3 Cup Mango chutney

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise (divided)

  • 6 Hamburger Buns (split and toasted)

  • 1 8-oz bag Potato chips

  • 1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together beef and Jerk seasoning; shape mixture into 6 patties.

  • 2. Stir together coleslaw mix, mango chutney, and ¼ cup mayonnaise in a large bowl.

  • 3. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.

  • 4. Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of buns. Top bottom halves with patties and desired amount of mango slaw. Cover with bun tops.

  • 1. Serve chips with burgers.
