  • 2 lb Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend

  • 4 Chopped onions

  • 2 clove Garlic

  • 2 Tbsp Southwest Mayo

  • 1. Heat pan over medium-low heat with olive oil.

  • 2. Form patties using ground beef and chopped onions.

  • 3. Place patties on pan with cloves of garlic.

  • 4. Cook until medium well or desired temperature.

  • 5. Place your toppings on the Burger and enjoy!
