Mushroom-Swiss Patties
- 1 Pack Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Patties (or use ground turkey)
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 8-oz pkg Baby portobello mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp garlic salt
- 2 Slices Swiss Cheese (halved)
Grilled Zucchini And Squash
- 1/2 lb Zucchini (halved lengthwise)
- 1/2 lb Yellow squash (halved lengthwise)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 Tsp garlic salt

Mushroom-Swiss Patties
- 1. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 5 minutes or until tender. Add soy sauce; cook 1 minute. Remove mushrooms from skillet.
- 2. Sprinkle patties with garlic salt. Cook patties in skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top each patty with cheese; cook 1 minute longer.
- 3. Spoon mushrooms over patties.
Grilled Zucchini And Squash
- 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush zucchini and squash with oil; sprinkle with garlic salt.
- 2. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side or until tender. Remove from grill; cool slightly, and slice.
