Chili Con Carne Burgers
  1. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink, topping with cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  2. Meanwhile, heat chili according to package directions. Top burgers with chili and tortilla chips. Serve with a knife and fork.
Skillet Cauliflower and Bell Peppers
  1. Cook cauliflower and stir-fry blend in a large nonstick skillet, covered, over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until thawed and water is evaporated, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add oil, seasoning, salt, and pepper; sauté 6 minutes or until vegetables are browned. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.
