Loaded Cheese Fry Burger
Instead of fries on the side, have them on top of your Burger smothered in cheese sauce!

- 4 patties Schweid & Sons The Chuck Brisket Burger
- 1 (22-oz) bag Seasoned Curly Fries
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Sauce
- 1/4 cup Special Sauce
- 4 Rustic Potato Burger Buns, toasted
- 1 cup Caramelized onions
- 2 cups Shredded Iceberg Lettuce

Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Add Schweid & Sons Burger patties and grill about 5 to 6 minutes per side or until reaches desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, heat cheese sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until fully heated through. Keep hot until ready to use.
- Preheat oven to 450°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spread fries in an even layer onto prepared baking sheet. Bake according to package directions. Serve with remaining fries enjoy.
- Build the Burger: Spread special sauce on both sides of buns. Top each bottom bun with grilled patties. Layer with a handful of fries, a few tablespoons of hot cheese sauce, caramelized onions and bun lid.
Recipe Notes
Tip: To make your own special sauce, combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish, 2 teaspoons ketchup and 1 teaspoon yellow mustard in a small bowl.
