1 pack Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Patties

1 tbsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper

2 tsp Kosher Salt
-
4 slices Fontina Cheese
-
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
-
3 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
-
2 tbsp Fresh Basil (chopped)
-
1 tsp Lemon Zest
-
4 Hamburger Buns (split & toasted)

4 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce
-
1 Tomato (thinly sliced)

1 32 oz package Frozen French Fries
-
1 tbsp Garlic (minced)

1/4 cup Olive oil
-
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (minced)

1. Sprinkle patties on all sides with pepper and salt.

2. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink in centers. Top each patty with 1 slice cheese; let stand 1 minute or until melted.

3. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, basil, and lemon zest; spread over cut sides of buns.

4. Top with patties, lettuce, and tomato.

1. Bake or fry French fries according to package directions.

2. Meanwhile, cook garlic in hot oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat 30 seconds.

3. Drizzle over hot fries; toss. Sprinkle with parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
