The Florentine Burger
How can you make a classic Florentine dish handheld? Make the Florentine Burger! Florentine is a French-style dish incorporating baby spinach, eggs, protein, and more depending on the technique. There are plenty of variations on how to enjoy this meal, but topping a Burger with eggs, Florentine sauce, and crumbled feta, all on an English Muffin will be your new favorite!
Classic Florentine calls for poached eggs, which adds a new level of texture to the dish. If you're looking for a runny yolk, poach it! Opting for scrambled eggs will be a time-saver while still giving you a great flavor combination.
