Mushroom-Swiss Patties

1 Pack Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Patties (or use ground turkey)

2 Tbsp Butter

1 8-oz pkg Baby portobello mushrooms (sliced)

2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1/2 Tsp Garlic salt
-
2 Slices Swiss cheese (halved)

1/2 lb Zucchini (halved lengthwise)
-
1/2 lb Yellow squash (halved lengthwise)

1 Tbsp Olive oil
-
1/2 Tsp Garlic salt

1. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 5 minutes or until tender. Add soy sauce; cook 1 minute. Remove mushrooms from skillet.

2. Sprinkle patties with garlic salt. Cook patties in skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top each patty with cheese; cook 1 minute longer.

3. Spoon mushrooms over patties.

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush zucchini and squash with oil; sprinkle with garlic salt.

2. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side or until tender. Remove from grill; cool slightly, and slice.
