Ingredients
The Burger
- 1 Pack Schweid & Sons Butcher's Blend Burgers
- 2 Shallots (chopped)
- 1 Jalapeño pepper (minced)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 Cup Peach preserves
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 Hamburger Buns, toasted (preferably whole wheat)
- 1/3 Cup crumbled Feta cheese
Side Dish
- 6 Cups baby kale
- 1 orange, sectioned
- 1/2 Cup pomegranate seeds (arils)
- 6 Tbsp refrigerated lemon vinaigrette

Instructions
- 1. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- 2. Meanwhile, cook shallots and jalapeño in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Reduce heat to medium; add preserves and vinegar. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened.
- 3. Serve patties on buns with peach mixture and cheese.
- 4. For the side dish, toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
