Instructions

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Add fresh Schweid & Sons Burger patties and grill about 5 to 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Add cheese to Burger after flip.
2. While Burgers cook, toast buns with butter.
3. Build the Burger: bottom bun, Schweid & Sons Burger patty with gruyere, Bourbon French Onion Marmalade, crispy onions, garlic aioli, top bun. Enjoy!
4. Place 3 cans of condensed soup into a strainer to remove liquid. Strain until at least 1 ½ cups of liquid has been removed and you are left with about 2 cups of strained onions.
5. Place strained onions into a bowl. Add onion powder, bourbon sauce and brown sugar. Blend well.
6. Place into a microwavable container and heat on high for 5 minutes. Carefully remove to stir and then heat for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
