Caribbean Jerk Burgers with Mango Slaw
- 2 Packs Schweid & Sons The Butcher’s Blend Ground Beef Brick
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Jerk seasoning
- 1 16-oz pkg Tricolor coleslaw mix
- 1/3 Cup mango chutney
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise (divided)
- 6 Hamburger Buns (split and toasted)
Potato Chips
- 1 8-oz bag Potato Chips

Caribbean Jerk Burgers with Mango Slaw
- 1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together beef and Jerk seasoning; shape mixture into 6 patties.
- 2. Stir together coleslaw mix, mango chutney, and ¼ cup mayonnaise in a large bowl.
- 3. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- 4. Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of buns. Top bottom halves with patties and desired amount of mango slaw. Cover with bun tops.
Potato Chips
- 1. Serve chips with burgers.
