Burger Build
- 1 5.3oz Schweid & Sons "The Prime Burger"
- 1 Bun
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Harissa Paste
- 1/4 cup Pickled Red Cabbage
- 2 tbsp Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- Arugula
Quick Pickled Cabbage
- 1/2 head Red Cabbage (medium), thinly sliced
- 1 ΒΌ cup water
- 1ΒΌ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 2 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 12 Black Peppercorns

Quick Pickled Cabbage
- For Quick Pickled Cabbage 1. Pack sliced cabbage into a jar with a lid
- 2. Bring all other ingredients to a boil, remove from heat and pour over cabbage.
- 3. Seal & refrigerate for at least two hours. Pickled Cabbage will stay good in the fridge for up to a week.
Burger Build
- For Harissa Burger build 1. Grill or pan sear Schweid & Sons Burger to desired doneness.
- 2. Whisk together mayonnaise and harissa paste.
- 3. Toast buns and spread with Harissa mayo.
- 4. Add cooked Burger and top with pickled cabbage, feta and arugula. Enjoy!
