Cheeseburger Bombs

  1. 1. Preheat over to 350°F
  2. 2. Dice bell peppers and onions
  3. 3. Add olive oil to a saute pan on medium high heat. Add in peppers and onions and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add in Schweid & Sons Butcher's Blend 1lb Ground Beef and chop up.
  5. 5. When browned, add in Velveeta cheese and cook until the cheese is melted. Set aside to cool.
  6. 6. Flatten each biscuit and place on a sheet pan.
  7. 7. Add a dollop of the cooled ground beef mixture to the center of the biscuit. Close the pocket but connecting all the sides and making sure it is fully closed. Put seam side down on the sheet pan.
  8. 8. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
