Ingredients
- 1 Schweid & Sons Burger, any blend
- 1 Flour Tortilla, large
- 1 Flour Tortilla, small
- 2 tbsp Mt. Olive Pickle Salsa
- 5 Doritos or Tortilla Chips
- 1/4 cup Pepper Jack Cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- Cooking Spray

- 1. Preheat a cast iron skillet to medium high heat. Add Schweid & Sons Burger patty and cook to your desired doneness. For a medium rare Burger, cook about 4 minutes per side. For a well done Burger, cook about 6-7 minutes per side. Add salt & pepper to your liking. Remove from pan and set aside.
- 2. Preheat a clean cast iron skillet to medium heat. While that heats up, prep your tortilla. spread pickle salsa in the center of flour tortilla, then add cooked Burger patty, chips, and grated cheese. Top with smaller tortilla then fold the larger tortilla around it.
- 3. Spray skillet with cooking spray then cook, seam side down, until nicely golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side, then quickly toast the edges as well.
- 4. While the tortilla is cooking, mix the mayonnaise, cilantro and lime juice.
- 5. Remove from heat and rest, then slice and enjoy with additional pickle salsa and cilantro mayo on the side to dip.
