Our friends at Black Iron Burger used our Schweid & Sons All Natural Blend to create The Black Iron Burger, topped with horseradish cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, horseradish mayo on a brioche bun. It’s easy to make this restaurant-quality burger from the comfort of your own home!

- 1 2.4 oz Schweid and Sons "The All Natural Burger"
- 2 slices Horseradish Cheddar
- 1 tbsp Caramelized onions
- 1 tsp Horseradish Mayo
- 1 Brioche Bun
- 1. Saute your onions (sliced) in a skillet on low heat for at least thirty minutes or until soft. Add the desired amount of stout halfway through the cooking process to allow onions to absorb flavor.
- 2. Cook your Burgers to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat for medium-rare). Melt cheese on top of Burgers.
- 3. Stack Burgers atop the bottom half of brioche bun, then top with onions. Spread horseradish mayo on the bottom of top bun and place on top.
- 4. Enjoy!
To steam melt cheese while it's on the Burger, add a few splashes of water to grill around Burger and quickly cover with a pot lid for about 30 seconds.
