Instructions
  1. Prepare Onion Rings and set aside. In a pan on high heat, cook bacon to desired crispiness. Set aside.
  2. Cook Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat will usually yield Medium Rare). When Burger is almost cooked, melt slice of Aged White Cheddar on Burger. Use the Quick Steam method for a faster melt.
  3. Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, BBQ Sauce, Bacon, Burger, Pickles, Onion Rings, Lettuce, Top Bun.
  4. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Quick Steam Method: Carefully place the slice of cheese onto the Burger. Use a restaurant condiment bottle to squirt water onto the grill around the Burger, then cover immediately with a pot lid or aluminum tray. Keep covered for 15-60 seconds (some cheeses take longer to melt than others). Remove cover to reveal beautifully melted cheese atop your Burger!

Remember: Adding water to a hot and or greasy surface can be dangerous. Be sure to take recommended safety precautions before attempting.
