Beef Stroganoff Burgers
- 2 Schweid & Sons The Signature Blend patties
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 8-oz pkg Sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- 1 10.5-oz can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Hamburger Buns (split and toasted)

- 1 16-oz pkg Frozen Onion Rings

Beef Stroganoff Burgers
- 1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly season patties with salt and pepper. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
- 2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, and cook until browned and tender. Stir in soup and sour cream; cook until thoroughly heated.
- 3. Serve patties on buns with mushroom sauce and desired condiments.
Crispy Onion Rings
- 1. Prepare onion rings according to package directions.
