  1. 1. Break the ground beef up and cook in a pan. Once all browned, remove from heat. Save the oil.
  2. 2. Add some oil back into the pan and place your corn tortillas in to start cooking.
  3. 3. Add grated cheese on top of the tortillas.
  4. 4. Add in the taco meat and fold onto itself to make it a half.
  5. 5. Cook on both sides until crispy.
  6. 6. Dip into chipotle sauce or top with guacamole and sour cream. Enjoy!
