I got schweid and sons burgers and used them for lettuce wraps and for burgers. both stepped my meals up a notch! my 4 year old has never cared for burgers and when he tried this one he said it was the best meal he's ever had! :) will definitely purchase again!

These burgers are so good! Even my super picky 11 year old gobbled hers up and asked for seconds. I prepare these by splashing some Worcestershire sauce on both sides and rubbing in some steak seasoning. Fired up the grill and cooked them alongside some peppers. Perfection!

Main Dish Instructions
  1. Sprinkle patties on all sides with pepper and salt.
  2. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink in centers. Top each patty with 1 slice cheese; let stand 1 minute or until melted.
  3. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, basil, and lemon zest; spread over cut sides of buns.
  4. Top with patties, lettuce, and tomato.
Side Dish Instructions
  1. Bake or fry French fries according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook garlic in hot oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat 30 seconds.
  3. Drizzle over hot fries; toss. Sprinkle with parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
