Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Plain Greek style yogurt

  • Fresh herbs (basil, mint, and/or parsley) Finely chopped

  • 1 Small Cucumber Grated

  • 1 Lemon, juiced

  • salt To taste

  • pepper To taste

  • 2 Tbsp Tikka Masala sauce Homemade or store bought

  • 1 Patty Schweid & Sons The CAB Heritage Blend

  • 1 Burger Bun Toasted

  • Small Plum tomatoes Thinly sliced

Instructions

  • 1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

  • 2. Season the Burger patty liberally with salt and pepper. In a cast iron skillet over medium high heat, add 2 Tbsp oil and your Burger patty. Cook until Burger develops a crust on the bottom, about 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook on second side until desired temperature is reached.

  • 3. While Burger is cooking, warm tikka masala sauce and set aside.

  • 4. Make the Burger by stacking toasted bun with sliced tomatoes and the Burger patty. Add tikka masala sauce and yogurt sauce to your liking and enjoy!
