Ingredients

  • 2 5.3-oz Schweid & Sons The Signature Blend Patties

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp White Vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp Prepared horseradish

  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

  • Dash of salt

  • 2 Hamburger buns (preferably whole wheat)

  • 1/2 16-oz pkg Tricolor coleslaw

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.

  • 2. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.

  • 3. Serve burgers on buns with slaw and white barbecue sauce.
