1 Pack Schweid & Sons Cajun Style Tri-Tip Blend

1 Pack Yellow Rice (prepared according to package instructions)

1/2 Cup Frozen Peas

1/2 Cup Frozen Corn Kernels

1 Each jalapeño (sliced)

2 Each Bell Peppers (sliced)
-
1 Each Small Onion (sliced)

1-2 Tbsp olive oil
-
salt & pepper
-
Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Instructions

1. Cook the Rice: Prepare yellow rice according to package instructions. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, stir in the frozen peas and corn. Fluff with a fork and set aside.

2. Sauté the Peppers & Onions: Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the following: Sliced onion - Bell peppers - Jalapeño. Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and slightly charred. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

3. Cook the Steak Tips: In the same skillet, increase heat to medium-high. Add Schweid & Sons Cajun Style Tri-Tips in a single layer. Cook for 3–5 minutes per side, allowing a deep sear to develop, until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest briefly.

4. Assemble & Serve: Plate the yellow rice alongside the sautéed peppers and onions. Add the Cajun steak tips and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
