I was expecting subpar burgers since they were pre pattied. I was wrong! These were delicious and I even had to cook them on my stovetop. Delicious flavor and moist! Highly recommend!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Schweid & Sons "The Prime Burger"

  • 1/4 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chile paste)

  • 2 Cloves garlic (minced)

  • 4 Potato Buns (toasted)

  • 1 Cup Kimchi (drained)

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)

  • 1 16-oz pkg Peeled Pineapple (cut into sticks)

  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • 1. Combine soy sauce, sugar, oil, gochujang, and garlic in a small saucepan; cook over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until reduced by half.

  • 2. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink, brushing burgers with sauce as they cook.

  • 3. Place patties on buns, and top with kimchi and, if desired, onions.

  • 1. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Sprinkle pineapple with brown sugar, and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until charred.
