1 Pack Schweid & Sons "The Prime Burger"

1/4 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp sesame oil

1 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chile paste)

2 Cloves garlic (minced)

4 Potato Buns (toasted)

1 Cup Kimchi (drained)

2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)

1 16-oz pkg Peeled Pineapple (cut into sticks)

3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Instructions

1. Combine soy sauce, sugar, oil, gochujang, and garlic in a small saucepan; cook over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until reduced by half.

2. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink, brushing burgers with sauce as they cook.

3. Place patties on buns, and top with kimchi and, if desired, onions.
