I love these burgers. They are thick, juicy and grill up so nicely. We don’t even have to add anything but a little salt and pepper! Also, 4 burgers for the price of one burger chain burger! Throw it on a toasted pretzel bun and you have gourmet at home!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Schweid & Sons The Grass Fed Blend

  • 3/4 Tsp Salt (divided)

  • 3/4 Tsp Pepper (divided)

  • 1/4 Cup Paleo-friendly mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice

  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/4 Tsp Ground cumin

  • 1 Beefsteak tomato (thinly sliced)

  • 1/2 Red onion (thinly sliced)

  • 1 Head Boston lettuce (leaves separated)

Instructions

  • 1. Sprinkle patties with ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Transfer to a plate; keep warm.

  • 2. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper in a small bowl.

  • 3. Top patties with tomato, onion, and prepared sauce. Serve burgers using lettuce leaves as buns.
