I got schweid and sons burgers and used them for lettuce wraps and for burgers. both stepped my meals up a notch! my 4 year old has never cared for burgers and when he tried this one he said it was the best meal he's ever had! :) will definitely purchase again!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Patties

  • 1 tbsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper

  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt

  • 4 slices Fontina Cheese

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 3 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil (chopped)

  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest

  • 4 Hamburger Buns (split & toasted)

  • 4 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce

  • 1 Tomato (thinly sliced)

  • 1 32 oz package Frozen French Fries

  • 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (minced)

Instructions

  • 1. Sprinkle patties on all sides with pepper and salt.

  • 2. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink in centers. Top each patty with 1 slice cheese; let stand 1 minute or until melted.

  • 3. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, basil, and lemon zest; spread over cut sides of buns.

  • 4. Top with patties, lettuce, and tomato.

  • 1. Bake or fry French fries according to package directions.

  • 2. Meanwhile, cook garlic in hot oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat 30 seconds.

  • 3. Drizzle over hot fries; toss. Sprinkle with parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
