Let’s Celebrate New Years Eve (with Burgers)!

We think that no New Year’s Eve shindig would be complete without Burgers and bubbly!

So what sparkling cocktails pair best with The Very Best Burgers? Well, Burgers go with anything, in our opinion, but we definitely have some suggestions. Make it festive and you really can’t go wrong. Check out these 2 delicious Burger builds and some drinks we think pair great with them. Try them out for yourself and let us know what your favorite was! 🍾 🍔

The first festive Burger that is a perfect bubbly partner is this delicious Lobster Burger.

This recipe starts with our Katana Blend 100% American Wagyu Burgers and piled high with Lobster salad!

Try pairing this sweet and savory Burger with a drink that is equally as unique.

🥂 French 75 cocktail – champagne, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup

🥂Sparkling sangria – Prosecco, white grape juice, Granny Smith apples, cranberries, green grapes, and pomegranate seeds

🥂Cranberry mocktail spritz – pomegranate juice, orange juice, lime juice, and seltzer

Your New Year’s Eve might start with a brunch or lead to one in the early hours of the new year, so plan a menu that’s both festive and brunch-worthy. Eggs Benedict—The Burger version—has everything you love about brunch food, but on top of a Burger!

Brunch usually calls for champagne anyway, so these classic and updated breakfast bubbles can pair perfectly with your Burger.

🥂Mimosa (or man-mosa!) – Champagne and orange juice or substitute the bubbly for beer, plus a little triple sec

🥂Bellini – Prosecco and fresh peach purée

🥂🥂Aperol spritz – Aperol, Prosecco, and club soda
