Italian Pesto Burgers
Ingredients

6 Schweid & Sons Burger Patties

2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

6 slices Mozzarella cheese
-
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
-
1/4 cup Pesto
-
1 Tomato (thinly sliced)

8 oz Package Shredded Lettuce

6 Hamburger Buns
Instructions

1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season patties lightly with salt and pepper. Drizzle with vinegar.

2. Grill patties, covered, 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top with cheese, and grill 1 minute longer or just until cheese is melted.

3. Stir together mayonnaise and pesto. Spread mixture on buns. Serve burgers on buns with tomato and lettuce.
