The single greatest burger ever created, seriously. They only sell them during the summer in my area and it's absolutely devastating when they're gone. Tried a few other blends, they're great but none compare to the katana blend.

  1. 1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season patties lightly with salt and pepper. Drizzle with vinegar.
  2. 2. Grill patties, covered, 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top with cheese, and grill 1 minute longer or just until cheese is melted.
  3. 3. Stir together mayonnaise and pesto. Spread mixture on buns. Serve burgers on buns with tomato and lettuce.
