- 1 Schweid and Sons 5.3oz Butcher's Blend Patty
- 1 tbsp Pesto Sauce
- 2 slices fresh mozzarella
- 3 Roasted Red Pepper slices
- 1 Arugula
- Cook your Schweid and Sons Burger to your preferred doneness. For a medium rare burger, cook 4-5 minutes per side on high heat.
- When burger is almost done cooking, start assembling the burger. Start from the bottom: bun, pesto, burger, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers and arugula.
