- 1 Schweid & Sons Signature Series: The Chuck Brisket
- 1 Hass Avocado
- 1/4 Red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 tomato (sliced)
- 1/8 ounce Cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- Cojita Cheese
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- Chipotle Mayo (to taste)
- 1 Ciabatta Roll
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 2 tbsp Cholula Hot Sauce (any Mexican-style hot sauce will do)
- 1 dash Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 pinch salt
- Fold together Mayo, Cholula Hot Sauce, Lime Juice, and Salt in a mixing bowl until combined. Set aside.
- Mash Avocado and mix with Lime Juice, Salt & Pepper until combined. Set aside.
- Cook Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side for Medium Rare).
- Build Your Burger: Bottom Roll, Chipotle Mayo, Burger, Avocado mixture, Red Onion, Tomato, Cojita Cheese, Cilantro, Top Roll.
