Easy Weeknight Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb Schweid & Sons Butcher's Blend Bulk 1lb Pack
- 1/2 lb Ground Pork
- 1 25oz Jar of Marinara
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Carrots, grated
- 1 cup Celery, minced
- 1 cup Onions, finely minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar, optional
- 1 lb Pappardelle Noodles

Instructions
- 1. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Once hot, carefully add in carrots, celery and onions and sauté for 3 minutes or until almost tender.
- 2. Add the Schweid and Sons Butcher's Blend Ground Beef and ground pork and cook until browned. Break up the meat as it cooks.
- 3. Pour in the sauce and add in salt, pepper, garlic powder and sugar. Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce will start to thicken.
- 4. Once the Bolognese sauce reaches your desired consistency, stir in the heavy cream and remove from heat.
- 5. Serve over pappardelle or wide noodles and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
