You may not believe it but, our Schweid and Sons ground beef patties are made for Greek food! This delectable Greek Relish Burger recipe with our Schweid and Sons ground beef patties magnifies the combination of toppings, making the Greek Relish Burger a powerhouse of flavor. 

Ingredients

  • 6 Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Patties

  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

  • 1 tsp Pepper

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil (divided)

  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped red onion

  • 2 Tomatoes (chopped)

  • 1 12-oz jar Marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)

  • 1 7-oz jar Roasted red peppers (drained and chopped)

  • 1/2 cup Chopped pitted kalamata olives

  • 6 Hamburger Buns

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle patties with salt and pepper.

  • 2. Grill patties, covered, on a grill rack rubbed with 2 Tbsp oil 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.

  • 3. Cook onion in 2 Tbsp hot oil in a skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until tender; stir in tomatoes, artichokes, roasted peppers, and olives.

  • 2. Serve Burgers on buns with relish.
