Ingredients

6 Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Patties

1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

1 tsp Pepper
-
1/4 cup Olive oil (divided)
-
1/4 cup Finely chopped red onion
-
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
-
1 12-oz jar Marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)

1 7-oz jar Roasted red peppers (drained and chopped)

1/2 cup Chopped pitted kalamata olives
-
6 Hamburger Buns
Instructions

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle patties with salt and pepper.

2. Grill patties, covered, on a grill rack rubbed with 2 Tbsp oil 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.

3. Cook onion in 2 Tbsp hot oil in a skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until tender; stir in tomatoes, artichokes, roasted peppers, and olives.

2. Serve Burgers on buns with relish.
