Omg these burgers are amazing! At 1st I was hesitant because of the price but once I tried one I realised that it was definitely worth it. These burgers are better than restaurant quality and melt in your mouth with every bite! I will definitely be purchasing these again!

These are by far the best at home burgers I have tried. The meat is juicy and the pattie is of great size compared to other brands. I just seasoned the meat patties with salt and pepper, cooked over a stovetop grill and they were amazing. Adding bacon and avocado made them over the top. I made burgers for family and they loved them. The pack of 4 was about $11. Will definitely repurchase. Highly recommended for burger lovers.

Burger Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add flour; cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually add ale and milk, whisking until smooth. Cook, whisking constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly.
  2. Gradually whisk in cheese and hot sauce until cheese is melted.
  3. Meanwhile, shape Schweid and Sons beef into 6 patties; season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
  4. Serve patties on rolls with tomatoes, cheese sauce, and onion rings.
Onion Rings Instructions
  1. Bake or fry onion rings according to package directions.
