Continuing the parade of bacon-centric Burgers this week, The Sriracha Apple Bacon Burger makes its way to our Burger-loving hearts. A beautiful confluence of savory and sweet, this bacon-heavy Burger will rejuvenate your Burger life just in time to celebrate International Bacon Day this Saturday.

Chef Wenford Patrick Simpson of B.B. King Blues Club & Grill and Highline Ballroom shared this recipe featuring seasoned bacon, chipotle sauce, onion rings, and bleu cheese so you could add some sizzle to your Bacon Day celebrations.

Instructions
  1. 1. Grill burger to your preference - highly recommend medium.
  2. 2. Cooked bacon with Sriracha Seasoning and Apple Cinnamon Seasoning.
  3. 3. Construct Burger in this particular order: brioche bun, micro mixed greens, Burger, onion rings, bleu cheese crumbles, chipotle sauce, bacon.
