How To Make The Hilton Burger — Recipe

And this Burger build really does the meat justice, pairing it with Swiss cheese, crispy bacon, and a decadent fried egg.
If you don’t have any plans to travel and stay at a Hilton anytime soon, you can still have their amazing Burger by cooking it at home. We’ve made it simple with this quick recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- Schweid & Sons The Katana Blend
- egg
- Swiss Cheese
- Bacon
- Lettuce (leaf)
- tomato (sliced)
- Brioche Bun
Instructions
- Cook your bacon on high heat until almost crisp. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Cook your Burgers to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat for medium rare). Melt cheese on top of Burgers.
- Remove most bacon fat from skillet, leaving about two tablespoons in. Fry egg in same skillet used to cook bacon. Cook egg to "Over Easy" (or as desired).
- Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Burger, Bacon, Fried Egg, Lettuce, Tomato, Top Bun.
