We decided to cook this in a cast iron skillet on a stove. We thought that kept a lot of the moisture in the meat. The meat was really tender and we thought it had good flavor. The flavor wasn’t extremely strong in my opinion but I would describe it as smooth. The meat was not really chewy and there was rarely any type of gristle or hard substances in the meat that can sometimes occur with ground beef. Loved how they were prepackaged. They were the perfect size and thickness.
One of the best burgers I’ve ever had at home hands-down. These are so freaking delicious and I can’t wait to try the other varieties but I have a feeling this is the best one. If you ever ever see these yourself a favor and buy them. Whoever you feed them to will be so happy.
Nothing beats an Irish Pub Burger stacked with all the toppings you can ask for. The staple of a pub Burger is its charred edges with a juicy, steak-like bite from the beef.
