Absolutely loved the flavor of these burgers. Was too cold outside to follow their grill instructions so I cooked the patties in a Cast Iron skillet and added a minute to the cooking time. These were the most juicy burgers I've ever had at home. It is also the first burger I've had that kept it's shape and didn't shrink! would 100% recommend these burgers! I know I will definitely be a loyal customer from now on.

Burger Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add flour; cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually add ale and milk, whisking until smooth. Cook, whisking constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly.
  2. Gradually whisk in cheese and hot sauce until cheese is melted.
  3. Meanwhile, shape Schweid and Sons beef into 6 patties; season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
  4. Serve patties on rolls with tomatoes, cheese sauce, and onion rings.
Onion Rings Instructions
  1. Bake or fry onion rings according to package directions.
