- 4 (5.4-oz) grass-fed ground beef patties
- 3/4 tsp Salt, divided
- 3/4 tsp Pepper, divided
- 1/4 cup paleo-friendly mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1 beefsteak tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 head Boston lettuce, leaves separated

Instructions
- Sprinkle patties with ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Transfer to a plate; keep warm.
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, and Âź tsp each salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Top patties with tomato, onion, and prepared sauce. Serve burgers using lettuce leaves as buns.
