Favorite style of Burger: Sloppy with cheese and sautéed onions and mushrooms .

Favorite Childhood Burger: Wendy’s.

Burger that haunts your dreams at night:  The Piper’s Kilt Eastchester Burger.

What is the one Burger you’ve always wanted to try but still have not: In-N-Out Burger.

The secret to making a great Burger: Use grass-fed/no antibiotics meat and don’t press down with the spatula while cooking it!

Under no circumstances whatsoever, what should NEVER be put on a Burger: As much as I like the name, the bronut (donut as bun with burger in between) has to go.

If you could have a Burger with anyone alive, or dead, fictional or real, who would it be and where would you take them: Teddy Roosevelt. Minetta Tavern on MacDougal St in his hometown of NYC.
