What Are Steak Tips?
Steak tips are smaller sized pieces of beef, typically cut from larger, flavorful sections like tri-tip or sirloin. They’re known for their rich beefy flavor and tender texture when cooked properly. Because they’re already cut into smaller portions, they cook quickly and evenly, making them one of the most convenient and versatile cuts you can keep on hand.
Our steak tips are made from premium, butcher-trimmed pieces of whole tri-tip steak, a cut known for its rich, beefy flavor and satisfying texture. By cutting the meat into smaller portions, you get more surface area for caramelization, more flavor in every bite, and faster cook times, making them perfect for busy weeknights.
But we take that bite-sized convenience even further. Each batch is carefully marinated to infuse deep, crave-worthy flavor into every bite so you don’t have to. They’re hearty enough to stand on their own as a main dish, but also incredibly versatile. Add them to bowls, salads, pastas, or wraps, or enjoy them straight from the pan as a protein-packed snack.
Speaking of protein, each serving of Teriyaki Style Tri-Tips delivers 20 grams of high-quality protein. And each serving of Cajun Style Tri-Tips delivers 21 grams of high-quality protein, making them a smart choice for fueling your day.

Two Bold, Crave-Worthy Flavors
We’re launching two flavor profiles inspired by classic culinary traditions, each designed to bring something unique to your table.
Cajun Style Steak Tips
Inspired by the bold flavors of Louisiana chefs, this variety delivers smoky spice, savory depth, and just the right amount of heat. These Cajun style steak tips shine in a variety of dishes:
Toss them into a creamy Cajun steak pasta for a comforting dinner, slice them over a fresh steak salad for a lighter option, or serve them as a classic steak plate alongside yellow rice with grilled peppers and onions. They also shine in tacos or a hearty skillet hash, making them a go-to for both weeknight meals and weekend cooking.

Teriyaki Style Steak Tips
For something balanced and subtly sweet, our teriyaki style steak bites are inspired by classic Japanese flavors. The marinade brings together smooth sweetness and rich umami, creating a well-rounded taste that pairs beautifully with a variety of ingredients:
Build a vibrant bowl of steak tips and rice, shaved carrots, cucumber, edamame, cabbage and sesame seeds for a satisfying, colorful meal. Or try something a bit more creative, like crispy rice topped with shaved steak tips and pickled onion. These steak tips are also perfect in lettuce wraps, tucked into banh mi rolls, or served alongside warm noodles for an easy, flavorful dinner.

Built for Real Life (and Real Kitchens)
We designed these steak tips with real home cooks in mind. Whether you’re cooking for a busy family, meal prepping for the week, or just trying to make dinner a little less complicated, this product meets you where you are.
Because the beef is already marinated, you’re skipping one of the most time-consuming (and sometimes intimidating) steps of cooking. You don’t need to worry about balancing flavors or planning ahead—everything is already done for you. All that’s left is to cook, serve, and enjoy!
How to Cook Steak Tips
Getting perfectly cooked pan-fried steak tips at home is simple. Here’s our go-to stovetop method:
Step 1: Heat Oil. Start by preheating a large sauté pan over medium heat with a small amount of high smoke point oil—avocado oil works great. Open the package and drain the marinade from the meat. Place the steak tips flat in the pan, making sure not to overcrowd them so they can sear properly.
Step 2: Cook for about 3.5 to 5 minutes, then flip. Continue cooking for another 3.5 to 4 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, which is the USDA’s recommended temperature for medium doneness. Once cooked, remove from heat and let the steak rest for about 3 minutes before serving.
More Ways to Cook Steak Tips
While the stovetop method is quick and reliable, cooking steak tips works well with many different cooking styles:
- If you prefer hands-off cooking, try making Crockpot steak tips for a tender, slow-cooked result that’s perfect for busy days. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours for the most tender, flavorful result, or on HIGH for 3-4 hours if you’re in a time crunch. (Use a 6-quart model to cook up to 2-3 pounds at a time.)
- For a smoky, charred finish, grilled steak tips are always a great option, especially during warmer months. Grill them over high heat for 3.5-4 or 5 minutes per side, or about 8-10 minutes total. Make sure to close the lid while they cook.
- And if you’re all about convenience, air fryer steak tips deliver crisp edges and juicy centers in a fraction of the time. Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF, letting it heat for 5 minutes after the beep. Pop the steak tips in and cook for 4-8 minutes, shaking once or twice to ensure even browning.
No matter how you cook them, make sure to let the cooked steak tips rest for about 3 minutes before serving and you’ll end up with flavorful, satisfying beef that’s ready to anchor any meal.
