They say that the grass is always greener on the “other” side. We say it’s plenty green right here. Our evidence? The Grass Is Greener Burger, featuring two 5.3-ounce The Grass Fed Blend Burgers, will satisfy the Burger-lover in you and then some. This beauty is complete with melted American cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, and crispy bacon.
About The Grass Fed Standard
Using select genetics as a source for the cattle, we work with American family farms, who feed their cattle an all forage-based diet. Never any grain. They are raised and handled humanely at all times. This process of cattle production is good for the environment, the animals, and you, the one eating the supremely delicious burger. Like many of our cattle, our grass-fed cattle are never given synthetic hormones or sub-therapeutic antibiotics. This blend has higher amounts of Omega-3 essential fatty acids, CLA, beta carotene, and other essential nutrients, while being lower in saturated fats, calories and cholesterol making it healthier than the average beef blend.
- 2 8oz Schweid & Sons The Grass Fed Standard
- 1/2 cup Caramelized onions
- 4 slices American Cheese
- 4 strips Hickory Smoked Bacon
- tomato (sliced)
- Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)
- 1 Brioche Bun
- 1. Grill your Burgers to order. About two minutes before they're done, top with American cheese slices. Keep on heat until cheese is melted.
- 2. Cook up your Hickory Smoked Bacon until crispy and caramelize your onions (if not already prepped).
- 3. On the bottom of the Brioche bun, build your Burger as followers: lettuce, tomato, Burger w/ cheese, bacon, onions, Burger w/ cheese, bacon, onions, top bun.
- 4. Enjoy!
