How To Make A Bacon Chili Burger — Recipe
Bacon Cheeseburgers are a staple among Burger aficionados and casual Burger-eaters alike. While classic bacon Cheeseburgers are always a delight to enjoy, sometimes you need to kick things up a notch by adding a little spice. Cue the Bacon Chili Burger by Chef Wenford Patrick Simpson of B.B. King Blues Club & Grill.
During a visit to the Times Square restaurant a few weeks ago, Chef Simpson grilled us up this off-menu beauty using our C.A.B. Butcher’s Blend Burger. We were so blown away by his masterpiece that we asked Chef Simpson to share the recipe with us. The Burger features apple bacon, smoked beef chili, and bourbon barbecue sauce. Now take this recipe and continue building your Burger build repertoire at home!
