The Kabab Burger That Might Win Boston Battle of the Burger — Recipe
Burgers come in many forms. No stranger to that is Yoseph Linde, one of three finalists in the 2016 Boston Battle of the Burger Home Grillers competition. His Middle Eastern take on the American classic combines traditional Hamburgers with Kabab, a popular grilled dish in the Middle East, Central Asia, and Southeastern Europe. It can be made from beef, lamb or a mix of the two, shaped like little cylinders, skewered, or made into patties.
