Spotlight Celebrity Burgers: Rachael Ray’s Big Smack Burger

Next up in our celebrity Burger recipe series is the Big Smack Burger with Rach’s special sauce, made by Rachael Ray! This Burger is her copycat version of the Big Mac, Rachael’s version of a fast-food favorite that will surely be a hit at home.

What You’ll Need

  • Schweid & Sons The All American 5.3oz patties
  • American cheese slices
  • Sesame hamburger buns
  • Onion, chopped
  • Iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • Dill pickle chips
  • 1 cup of sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup of ketchup
  • 3 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper

The Big Smack Burger Build

Try Schweid & Sons The All American Burgers as the base of your creation and get crafty from there. For this recipe, you’ll need the above ingredients, and, of course, a “special” sauce. Mix ketchup, Worcestershire, relish, and sour cream with a dash of salt and pepper to taste. Set the sauce aside so the flavors mend together completely.

Preheat a cast iron skillet to medium-high heat. In the meantime, season the Burgers and prepare your other toppings. Put your Burgers in the pan and cook them to your desired internal temperature, flipping them halfway through. Add your American cheese slices with a minute or so left in the cook, turn off the heat, and cover with a lid for expedited melting. Now the fun part, stacking the Big Smack Burger! Add an even layer of your chopped onions, chopped iceberg lettuce, and pickle chips. Stack your Burger on the pickles and top it off with your special sauce! The only thing left is to enjoy!
